Almerta Station is a unique destination in the Finders Ranges, just three and half hour's drive north of Adelaide. You will find a range of accommodation from the very comfortable Shearer's Quarters through to several camp sites in pristine creek settings throughout the property.
Once here you can explore the stunning beauty of the unspoilt natural environment. You can walk, cycle or take exhilarating drives along the station tracks (suitable for most vehicles).
Make sure you explore the natural spring which retains water all year round; an ecosystem which forms an important habitant for fauna and flora. With clear running water, native fish, yabbies and water birds- it's a place of silence and beauty.
At Almerta Station you can be part of a community and interact with the property owners - bringing back the values of life which is sometimes lost in the day-to-day rush.
