Norwood Food & Wine Festival returns Sunday 13th April 2025 from 11am. Entry is free.

The best South Australian eating and drinking experiences will feature as the Norwood Food & Wine Festival returns to The Parade on Sunday 13 April during AFL Gather Round. All the fun kicks off from 11am, featuring live music, including a special performance by Australian rock band Birds of Tokyo, along with more entertainment and plenty of delicious food and drinks.

AFL games will be broadcast on big screens along The Parade, inside participating venues and in a sensory area at Norwood Hoyts. Catch up with friends and share the Gather Round buzz.

Cooking demonstrations in the Tasting Australia Kitchen are hosted by celebrity chef Callum Hann, with local culinary stars showcasing a variety of seasonal dishes.

The Tasting Australia Kitchen is located at the eastern end of The Parade.

For the first time, Australian winemaker Penfolds will welcome guests to a brand-new Pop-Up Bar on Edward Street. Serving both a Tasting Flight - inclusive of three wines and accompanied by a curated food pairing from the team at arkhé - and a range of wines by the glass, guests can enjoy a private, undercover seating area and a DJ on the decks. Open 11am until 9.30pm.

Live Entertainment Headlined By Birds Of Tokyo

ARIA - Award-winning rock band Birds of Tokyo will take centre stage as the major headline act at the 2025 Norwood Food and Wine Festival. Known for their anthemic sound and chart-topping hits, including Good Lord, Plans and Lanterns, Birds of Tokyo will bring an unforgettable live performance to the heart of Norwood.

Getting to the Norwood Food and Wine Festival

Gather Round patrons attending the Norwood Food & Wine Festival can travel free on the City – Norwood bus shuttle with a valid Gather Round match ticket.

The City-Norwood Bus Shuttle will drop patrons at Norwood Oval and will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the Macca’s Footy Festival on King William Road.

Fans can also catch regular Adelaide Metro bus services to the city to connect with the City-Norwood bus shuttle to Norwood Oval.

Those choosing to drive should be aware that parking will be limited and there will be a number of road closures and detours in place.
